Chef & Founder
Erin launched Hermana in 2017, turning a lifelong love of cooking and hosting into a company. Her cooking blends reverence and curiosity for cuisines and the cultures behind them — the foods of Spain are a personal favorite.
A former public school teacher with a deep commitment to food justice, Erin sees the collective power of a shared meal. She'll cook your favorite foods with love — she might even use one of your grandmother's recipes if you ask.
